More then 25% of the adult population in the United States is obese. 19% of adults 18-29 years of age are obese. That’s nearly 1 in 5 people who are in the prime of their life. While 31% of 50-59 year olds are obese. Which is nearly 1 in 3 people in the middle years of life. Obesity drops back down to 19% of people 70 years or older.

Out of Gear

It is monsoon season and with its onset there are incessant rains. Perhaps it rains daily without fail. The daily work schedule is getting out of gear probably due to excessive moisture in the air and one gets to feel lethargic and energy less. There is no desire to go for jogging in the morning, which is a necessity for me and without which I find myself very sluggish and sleepy.
