How to Preserve Food with Sorbic Acid
Submitted by ngureco on 16 August, 2008 - 04:55.Sorbic acid was discovered in 1859 by reacting rowanberry oil (from the juice of unripe rowanberry) with strong alkalis. Sorbic acid has antimicrobial effect. Alkali sorbates have good solubility in water. Potassium sorbate can be made into solutions of more than 50% in cold water. Potassium sorbate is the salt of Sorbic acid that is mainly used in food preservations.

Pasta with olives and sardines

Ingredients:
1/4 cups penne pasta
1 tsp sea salt, plus more for the cooking the pasta
6 frsh sardines
2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
6 black olives, pitted and chopped
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsps. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
black pepper
1 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese

1. If your oven temperature is questionable, invest in an oven thermometer. Some ovens might be off by as much as 75°F.
2. Preheat oven to the correct temperature. If you are using glass pans, reduce oven temperatures by 25°F.

Basic seasoning but with the stronger stuff like celery, onions, salt & black pepper should be used and if you wish to add more for any reason it should be a strong and vibrant seasoning, not a mild one.

2 cans( 240 ml each) Del Monte Sweetened Mango Juice 202 drink
2 pc Lacatan Bananas
5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp calamansi juice
12 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
It is a very refreshing drink that suites to your taste! Try it now.
Rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C.

For years Trinidad was deplete of good coffee unless you hand a skill in making it or lived on an estate where coffee beans were grown or imported your stuff.
A previous administration set the country on a free market expansion and the foreign stuff began to arrive.

Making Crabbacks

So I decided to try and make some extra money making them and selling to eateries here in Port of Spain.
What I experienced in trying to get a good recipe was something else.
