Do not delay your Sleep!
As everybody knows mankind can’t live without air, water and food. Apart from this sleeping is also very important.
If a person had not slept for more than five days his nervous system gets affected. If the days are increased definitely it would end in mental disorder and death.
Above said would happen only if you avoided sleeping for days. But now-a-days, most of the people are going to bed only after 11:00 PM or 12:00 AM and gets up by 8:00 AM next day. It is also dangerous too.
If you want to keep your body and mind perfect then you should go to bed before 10:00 PM. If you had your sleep from 10:00PM to 6:00 AM, it is good for your health & mind.
Since you are going to bed at right time, you can also easily getup by six next day which is at least late-early morning.
By getting up earlier in the morning our body gets more oxygen from the air. Going for a walk or jog would also increase the limit of pure oxygen our breathing system inhales. You would not get this if you woke up by 8:00 AM in the morning. More oxygen means more body & mind fitness.
So always try to have your sleep by going early to bed & rising early from the bed.
