Family Matters

I was born in Manila and at the age of 9, my world started to reach the high intensity of earthquake. It's when i found out that the my dad has other family. I never thought that this will happen to me until the day came that I'm learning how to accept things. Many unexpected things happen in my life but I thank God because those problems had made way to be much closer to Him. At an early age I was totally shocked because I was the one given the task to solve the problem. I've done many suicidal attempts but i can't help to think that I'm the only hope of the family the fact that I'm the eldest of my 2 siblings. I'm turning 15 now and my siblings are only age 7 and 5. So I decided to pursue learning lessons from family obstacles. Back to the story, all what happened, i had accepted but you know.. Of course we all have our prides and we hate unfair people. Isn't it? My loving dad in my little days turned into a monster. Really a monster.. (exaggerated term, you know what I mean.) I broke my nerves when I found out that his other family (also had 3 kids) has their individual lots for their future, they also have their own house, bank deposits, 1 van, 1 car and one revo. Totally a disaster for me because compared to us: we are just renting. Don't have any cars, whatsoever. And my dad started talking to me like I had never became his daughter. Another unfairness, both families are living in Leyte but in different places so my dad has to travel 3 hours here and 3 hours back there. I understand that it was really difficult for him but what can I do? He has already made his fate like that and he was like: "if only I can correct the mistakes of the past". On the other hand, we are the family that's hidden the fact that my father's occupation is a public police for 21 years already. We also suffered 1/4's of that years he worked. He had no courage to tell people that we are his family because he doesn't want to make a bad reputation in his work. Well, to make the story short, these has all started in just ONE LIE.
