Why not be sincere towards your boss?

It has now become a common problem.

It is very difficult to get a job.

That too a high paying job.

A company which offers lucarative perks and all benefits and also the terminal benefits.

The owner of the company is a nice person.

He has worked really hard to come to a respectable position.

He also expects the workers to be coordial and work in an integrated manner to achieve maxomum performance in the job.

The expectations of the proprietor is certainly not wrong.

The workers are expected to perform the needed in the most appropriate way.

Awards are given to workers who put up a nice show.

What more you expect from a nice paying job?

Nothing really!

But the scenario in the office is not that appropriate.

The Administration incharge of the office is incompetent and remains a poor channel between staff and Management.

The above fiasco results in dirty politics which affects the performance of the company in a long run.

The tactics of the Administration is poor and is of selfish attitude and not for the betterment of the company.

Such selfish motive of people should be curbed in the beginning itself.

A ray of hope regarding security and respect should reach the workers so that they can concentrate on their jobs.

Just whining is of no use.

Why to disturb a company which is really good to its employees?

The Employees also should realise the situation and decide earlier on what to concentrate.

Legtimate claims are never turned down.

So respect your company which has been good yo all of you and work for its betterment.

Honesty is ever rewarded.
