Love yourself

“See what I mean? We are our worst enemies. Any bad incident we see or hear, we automatically project it onto ourself. It is only when you start loving yourself that you are beginning to ACCEPT yourself : your physique, the way you look, the way you walk, the way you talk, the texture of your hair…your inner self. It does not mean that you should not aim at improving yourself. It simple means to love oneself to the extent that you want to kiss yourself. Smile in the mirror and see for yourself what I mean. The day you accept yourself and take pleasure in your existence, the world will love you. If you do not love yourself who will? You environment reflects your inner state of being. Mould it the way you want by loving yourself.”
