Art of managing pending works

Even the thought of completing pending work is enough to make us sweat. It seems us the toughest work. But if we know the art of managing the pending works it will no longer be a difficult task for us. Let us have a look over the tips which can help us complete our pending works happily and above all in a short period.
1. Make a list – Most of the people do not have the habit of making work list that is why they just get confused while working and are unable to complete the work. Making the work list is utmost necessary in order to make us capable of finishing the work. Work list helps us to think clearly and concentrate on our work one by one.
2. Divide the list in to two parts – After making the work list mark the works according to their priority. Now make two columns and name them Normal and urgent.. Write all normal works in normal column and urgent works in urgent column.
3. Set the time - Now write the time limit of completing the each work. Delay in one work means delay in all works. So stick to the time limit.
4. Delegate the work – Delegating the works makes the work load less. Think about the persons who can do the work for you efficiently. It is the best way to be free from the tension of pending works.
5. Keep doing the new works – Never forget to pay your attention towards your new works otherwise you may land in trouble. Incomplete new works will make you tensed so do spare time for them also and complete them with a great speed.
6. Take proper sleep and diet – You won’t get any benefit even if you sacrifice your sleep in order to complete the work as tiredness can make your body to be out of action. Once your body is unable to function properly you will neither be able to complete pending works nor the new works. So do sleep well. Never ever try to neglect your diet. Healthy food gives body the required energy to work well and efficiently. So do take balance diet.
