Sleep at the right time peacefully.
Death is the permanent escape from earth whereas Sleep is a temporary one.
Out of 24 hours a day Sleep is essential for 8 hrs and the rest of the time you are expected to work to sleep peacefully.
Sleeping peacefully is not a difficult thing for children but once you attain an age from where you face regular tensions the sleep deceives you.
A Billionaire finds sleep a difficult thing and almost an impossible one.
He has to look for a physician who offers sleeping pills.
What is the real cause for this sleepness.
