3.Aerobic exercises are endurance exercise that help increase body ability and capacity to deliver blood to nucleus and organs.
4.Aerobic excercise is a set and sequence of movements at steady and rhythmic pace with accompanying dance music.
5.Aerobic is strictly for young ,youtful,healthy and supple peoples and this should not be attempted by those with back or heart problems or overweight or pregnant .
6.Don't rush headlong-consult your doctor before embarking on this exercise routine.purpose of aerobic is to raise the normal pulse rate-The teacher will tell you how to measure plus rate correctly.
7.Aerobic begin with warming up body,Barre work(Bar excercise),jogging,Leg stretching and building,workouts for arms ,bust hips,and waist and stomach.
