Just got home from my cousin’s house. Ah well, I’m not so tired this time, because my cousin Sheryl was there to help me with the baby. But her mom, my aunt, kept on giving me something to do like emptying the dishwater, wrapping shanghai rolls and dumplings, which had nothing to do with babysitting. Good deeds are given greater rewards, I believe.
In case that I haven’t mentioned, my mom and I were selling second-hand clothes in front of my aunt’s house to make money. You know, we’re just poor folks. Guess where we got those second hand clothes? Yup, in our closet. Well, my mom and I share wardrobe, and we’ve got problem; there were too many clothes. I have a lot of new shirts that I haven’t yet used, because I’m not comfortable using it, and so do my mom. My mom hauled it off to a bag and gathered more clothes from my fratelli’s closets and had a garage sale, right in front of my aunt’s house. On our first day, we earned a thousand bucks. No kidding, really.
So while I was doing my thing (today at my aunt’s house),which was wraping dumplings, my uncle went to look at the pile of clothes and found his jeans there. He wasn’t mad or anything; he was laughing, in fact. According to him, he was looking for that pair for so long; he looked everywhere in the house, and he found it on sale.
Anyway, even Sam’s mom was around, it was still me who changes his diaper. That kid, his poop was so stinky nowadays. They said it’s because we switched milk brands. Ew. We watched “The Suite Life of Zach and Cody” before I left.
And today, it was Zach and Cody’s first day in highschool. London was with them because se was expelled from her last school. There wasn’t much relevance in the story, but I like it. Cody was hitting on a sophomore girl, who was the girlfriend of the jock. Zach was the nerdy type, and was stuck out with his equally nerdy friends, but the one who has dark brown hair started shunning them away because he said he wanted to be a jock. Meanwhile, London started giving people money to do what she wants, like when se doesn’t have friends, she gave Ellen and her girlfriends a hundred bucks to be her friends. She even bought the lockers of other students so her things could fit in. She even paid someone to get detention when she had it.
Christmas is about giving. So true. When I was a kid, I like to receive gifts. But it feels different now. You know, I still wanted to receive gifts, but I wanted to give everybody a present. I hate it when I can’t give everyone a present, especially for those people who really meant much to me, and those people who are, so far, very kind to me.
