Interesting Problems With Neighbours

One old woman in the small village Medvedov has big speakers on her house and she plays opera music or funeral music from 6 o´clock am to 10pm as loud as possible every day. Nobody meets her, nobody can get to her house, gate is locked very well. She lives behind the dark curtains. This terror lasts 10 years.
Another woman in the village near Bratislava has 190 dogs in her small yard. Her neighbours have to listen loud barks and smell stink of animals. She thinks that her idea to collect every wandered dog is beneficial to village. If somebody complains of her, she throws dog´s excrements to his house.
When the colonel from Kremnica moved into his flat, he started to have problems with his fireplace. It smokes to the room. The chimney sweep cleaned it, but the fireplace smoked again. The colonel moved to other flat. When masons wanted to repair the chimney, they found a hat inside it. The hat was cut in the centre so chimney sweep´s brush could pass through it, bud smoke couldn´t. It was "work" of colonel neighbours that hated soldiers.
