I Was Thrownout !

It was my first job with a reputed organisation as a software engineer.They assigned me a task which was something very new even more technical and asked me just do it.my team lead is reluctant to help me out when i've got a doubts .she wanted to mangage tough looks every time.In fact she does not many Technical things that i know.

I am in a really tough situations at times.I feel like to to putoff my work and abscand over there ,but i did not.i used to follow my own assumptions during working.Thats How things went wrong.

I never informed to my team lead when i am leaving the office because i used to hurt by her unconcerned looks Every day.she got angry with me inside ,that i did not notice that time.

She prepar a negative feed back againest me at the end of the project and submitted to my vice president that i am not deserve to that much of high salary .

They called and asked my expalanation For it.I have tried to explain ,But i had failed to convince them as my team lead has a good impeession upon them.

Finally i was Thrownout From the company..(contd...)
