Fast Food Made Healthy
Is there such a thing as a healthy fast-food meal? Of course. All it takes is some planning, reading the menu, and of course following these suggestions.
1. Think small
A regular-size burger or roast beef sandwich provides two servings of grains and three ounces of protein, just the right amount for a meal.
2. Avoid anything fried
Believe it or not, a fried-chicken sandwich has more fat and calories than a burger. Many people think fish sandwiches are healthy, but since they are always fried they're a poor choice. Think about it
3. Add something green
Just about every fast-food restaurant has some type of salad. This is the only time when large is better.
4. Drink wisely
The best beverage choice is skim milk: packed with calcium, riboflavin and vitamin D. Even 1 percent milk is a good choice.
5. Exercise your right to choose
Studies indicate that most people choose the fast-food restaurant on their way home from work, or the closest to work at lunch, or even on the right-hand side of the street so they don't have to make a left turn across traffic.

Fast always rings a bell
Cooking fast, curing fast, dancing fast ,driving fast all ring a bell of caution or death to me.But if one does it at home and with love..maybe it is ok,as Sylvia says-with no oil dripping out
wishing you perfect health forever.

Fast food ?
Good and bad; its your choice that makes it. Close to where I live is a fast food restaurant that does not serve pork of beef. Theres chicken and fish and a variety of veggies all cooked in home cooking styles. But to make it all tasty I find that it is all steeped in oil! So you see even when they offer health foods they have to go spoil it all with all this fat!
Cheers
always,
