New Sealing Hangama in Delhi and Rights of People
Sting Operation against Honourable Chief Justice
Tehelka sting operation proved that ex- supreme court justice Sh.Y.K. Sabharwal ordered sealing just to help his sons amass money by consturcting malls, and selling space in it at high price. Still the verdict can not be passed just because of a sting operation. And no legal proceedings can be initiated against an honourable Chief Justice without the permission of the Parliament or honourable President.
Is Sealing Livelihoods against the Constitution?
Still according to the livelihood rights given by the constition to the citizens of this country de-sealing should be the order of the law. And no further sealing should be ordered or done without providing adequate commercial place to a victim.
And sealing, in the way it was done by the MCD, is not only anti-human but also anti-constitution.
If justice is denied to the poor than how will you justify the need of a court?
How can you seal the livlihood of an honest person when government is unable to provide enough and affordable commercial places. A poor can neither afford places in malls or DDA buildings nor yearly charges on notified roads.
Why is Media not Standing with the Poor?
If any journalist speaks in favour of constitution and the poor he should be rewarded by the law, not punished.
And it is a sad story that media of the rich is not supporting the cause of the common man. It may be supporting sealing of the livelihoods of millions of people due ot its own investment in malls.
Whenever media raises its voice against injustice or provide feedback it is mostly welcomed by the court. Thus media should have come forward to help the poor the compel the government to build cheap, clean and secure commercial places.
Making Children and Women Insecure
And nobody should forget the security or children and women. Their security can not be thrown into the concrete jungle of big malls or commercial places.
