Yoga is the path towards peace and freedom

Everything in the world(samsara) exists in dualism like - male and female, day and night, happiness and sorrow, high and low, cold and hot etc. Like this directions are two - one is outside and other is inside.
World is spherical and so directions like east or north has little significance. Kolkata is east of Delhi. But if one moves westward from Delhi, ultimately one shall reach Kolkata by circumnavigating the globe. Similarly Chennai is south of Delhi; but if one moves northward of Delhi, one shall reach Chennai by covering north pole and south pole. So practically directions are only two - one is outside and other is inside.
Inside there is centre, outside there is circumference; inside there is Self(atman), outside there is world; inside there is consciousness and life, outside there is inertness and death; inside there is creator, outside there is creation; inside there is thinker, outside there is manifestation of thoughts; inside there is reality and truth, outside there is absurdity and falsity; inside there is God, outside there is illusion; inside there is Yoga, outside there is Bhoga(enjoyment). Hence inside there is peace and freedom, outside there is pain and bondage.
So long as mind moves outside in thoughts and actions, there is problem, difficulty, tension and bondage. The moment mind turns inwards through Yoga, one feels peace, freedom and liberation. Outside there is disease and death, inside there is wellness and immortality. Yoga teaches how to turn mind inwards and those who practice Yoga shall find out peace, bliss, immortality, liberation and God inside.
Those who want to know more about spiritualism and yoga may go through book 'The purest interpretation of spiritualism and yoga' published through lulu.com.
