The Bliss of a Healthy life.
Life has become too much stressful nowadays. In these days of hectic life, full of stress and strain everyone needs to lead a relaxed life. The best form of relaxation is a sound sleep. Restful sleep at night will recharge our batteries for the following day’s works and activities. Sometimes we spend sleepless nights tossing ourselves from side to side without sleep. Under those circumstances it would be better if we take to some kind of light mental activity which is useful, such as reading.
Some people in order to get relief from the mental agony and trauma, stresses and strains take refuge in alcoholic drinks or pills. This they do for inducing sleep or to distress themselves. Some may even take to drugs for a feel of the seventh heaven and a smooth sailing.
For a normal human being it is eight hours of sleep a day which is sufficient to keep him free from stress. More than nine to ten hours of sleep a day would produce increased muscle protein in the body and might even shorten one’s life.
For a healthy living and a stressless life one can go in for the right type of diet and daily exercise to enjoy the bliss of a healthy life.
