A women video taped using a high pressure water hose to discipline her child

Like most people I’m sickened by anyone who harms a child. That is why I became angered when I read about the following news story.
A woman was videotaped using a high-pressure water hose at a carwash in Orlando Florida on her 2 ½ year old daughter. The hose which spays water with a force of about 1,200 pounds per square inch is capable of tearing skin.
The video shows the women pinning the little girl against the wall and spaying her at close range. During questioning the women said that her daughter was throwing a tantrum and that she has used that type of punishment before.
I say lock this women up for the next 10-15 years and put this little girl in a family who will love her and give her the care that all children deserve.
