healthy dip sauce

I do believe that everything that we eat needs to be planned ahead of time. Why? it's because we should prepare a healthy food, with affordable expenses, easy to prepare or buy, and of course very satisfying.
With this recipe that I am going to share, chips or junk foods may come along with it. I really love this dip sauce because it is perfect for chips, crackers, and even fruits. Junk foods and crackers are not really healthy foods but those may contain nutrients if it is going to be served with "PINEAPPLE DIP SAUCE".

We only need:
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup evaporated milk
Grated cheese(amount depends upon your taste)
Salt,sugar, and pepper to taste

-Just combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Place over a very low heat, stir continuously. season with salt, sugar, and dash of pepper.
