Google Establish New Service

Google Sites is the simplest way to make information available to people who need fast, quick
and up-to-date access. People can do work together on a Site as: add together file attachments,
selective information from other Google services (like Google Docs, Google Calendar, YouTube and
Picasa), and new free-form content.
Producing a Site collectively is as easy as editing a document, and you all of the time control
who has access, whether it's just yourself, your team, or your complete organization. You are
able to even publish Sites to the world.

Key Functions:
- Page creation at single-click;.
- No HTML required;
- Personalization of look and feel;
- Applications-ready templates;
- Various page types as web page, announcements, file storage dashboard and list.
- Uploading files and attachments. You can use the file storage to upload files up to 10MB in
size. Each Google Apps account gets at least 10GB of storage in Google Sites. Google Apps
Premier and Education versions get an extra 500MB for each user account;
- Embed multimedia content such as: videos, docs, spreadsheets, presentations, photo slide
shows, and calendars;
- Permission settings allow you assign owners, viewers and collaborators;
- Google Sites can be made accessible to just a selected group, to your whole organization, or
made full public.
