Snow at Shimla..

The very news of snow at Shimla, made us to visit it. It was a delight to see the panaromic views of the hill state capital “The Queen of Hills” don an impeccable while mantle after snow-fall. This place is worth visiting during the peak season of snowfall. Snow which started in the morning, kept us awe-struck and gaping at the works of nature.

Although the heavy snow, 10 to 25cm brought the life to a standstill in the city, but it caught the fascination of the tourists who thronged the place from far of places like Delhi. They were mesmerized at the nature’s magic.

The Ridge and the mall was the most happening place. Undeterred by the extreme cold, people thronged these places in large numbers to experience the thrill of falling snow. Young and the old were seen exchanging snowballs or having a photo session to capture the nature at its loveliest best. The fun went on.
