Human Brain is larger than apes .The hypothalamus & limbic system .its a part of prebehavior instinct emotion.
The EMOTIONS are so powerful that which controls the lifestyle of people .The emotions are of two types 1)Sensory Emotions-controlled by lymbic system 2)Expressive Emotions-controlled by hypothalamus
Each and every action of our life is controlled by our brain & its neuronal circuits or papez circuits.
The orexins are the linking circulatory control of behavour & are synthesized in hypothalamus.
The hypothalamus controls THIRST,SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR, DEFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR .
so in our life mainly the sleep is alsounder the control of brain & the neuro transmiters but these in turn are controlled by the food which we in take ,the whole system is interrelated .
