INDIA HAS MILES TO GO. . . . . . . .

Today, it’s the 58th Republic Day of the largest democracy in the world. Over the past 58 years, since the day our constitution was framed till date, we are proud to be the citizens of a nation that is fast heading towards development.
It is very much true that we have come a long way but I strongly believe “India has miles to go”. . . . .
Education.
Don’t you think it’s time to include the right to Education in the fundamental rights, as it is many constitutions ? The growth of any country depends on its citizens. A cent percent literate population would mean cent percent progress of the nation.
Poverty.
We cannot turn a blind eye towards the poor. We might be boarding of the growing economy but what about the 300 million Indians below poverty line ?
Terrorism.
Terrorism is a global problem. We should fight this evil to completely eradicate it rather than fighting among ourselves. Imagine if we (almost a billion) stand together in unity to fight terrorism; the evil minds would be left with only one option . . . . guess that one !
Caste Barrier.
God created man and man created boundaries to divide land, religion and his status too. It’s time to follow the “every human is equal” saying. Caste barrier plays a hurdle in the country’s growth as it makes the neighbour’s fight over petty things.
Corruption.
From small offices to prestigious companies this evil is very much into its mission to each up the country’s economy. We need to be alert !
Quality & Quantity.
Both are important; quality as well as quantity ! We need world class education, but at the same time quantity is necessary as we have the second largest population. Similarly we need to apply this quality / quantity rule to almost everything.
So, we the Indians have to realize our potential to eradicate the hurdles coming in the path to our country’s development. Let us join hands to make India 100%, literate, sans poverty, terrorism, corruption….. so that the India of our Dreams turns into a sweet reality.
******************HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY!!*******************
