Foot & Pain
Foot no doubt is the most important part of our body yet we find it to be the most neglected. We just don’t bother about the health of the feet and little do we care about the foot wear. The reasons for not recognizing their worth are many.
1.May be we ignore them due to the hind most part of our body or due to their least importance or may be the economic reasons etc.
2.The main function of foot is to not only support us while walking but also act as natural cushion and absorb the shock of the body weight, while running, walking, etc. It is the fairer sex which is very fond of adorning themselves with a variety of shoes and foot wear. Mostly they use the high heels with narrow toes to look taller. But little realizing the discomfort it may cause or the deformities that it may develop later.
3.The most common reason of foot problems is the wearing of non fitting shoes. Due to this habit there could be some foot problems. If the shoes are ill fitting they could lead to corns. Most of the foot problems can be solved by wearing comfortable shoes that fit well.
4.The number or size of the shoe is not a consideration, but the foot should feel at ease and comfort while worn,
5.The best time to measure the feet is at the end of the day when the feet is swollen in size due to constant adorning of leather.
6.It may sound amazing that some of people have one foot larger than the other, so fit the shoe to the larger foot first.
7.Enough space should be left on the sides while wearing and selecting a pair of shoe and most importantly one should select a shoe that is shaped like one’s foot.
