Dating can be uncomfortable at times, especially if you don’t have any good date questions to ask or an idea of what you are supposed to talk about with your date.

1. Ask them what their hobbies are? If you both like the doing the same things then you will be more likely to want to date them again.

2. You can ask their age if you don’t already know it. However, you need to be careful how you phrase this question, especially with women. This is one of those questions that you need to know but remember that sometimes this can be a sensitive subject with people.

3. Find out their favorite color.

4. Find out what type of music or movies they like. The more you have in common with them the better.

5. Find out what their likes and dislikes are when it comes to food. That is always something that you will need to know if you continue to date them.

6. Another important thing you will want to know is what they do for a living. Don’t ask them how much they make a year that is just rude and they will only tell you that information if they want you to know. Otherwise just talk about their work and find out if they enjoy it. If they don’t than ask them what they would rather be doing.

7. Their family is also something that you will want to know about. This can tell you a lot about someone.

These date questions are good to ask right up front when you are getting to know someone and there are plenty of others you may come up with on your own. However, you need to realize that the ‘getting to know you’ stage will last for more than one date, so you don’t have to ask them everything the first time.

These good date questions will get the conversation started, then you can take it from there and expand on the answers you receive. Your date will more than likely ask you similar questions so you also need to be prepared for them to be finding out things about you.
