The qualities of a leader:

Self-confidence: If you observe the famous leaders, you will see the enormous self-confidence they possess.A leader will appear unique in a crowd like a lion among the animals in a jungle.

The great Nepoleon once asked his army chief the strength of his army. He said it was one-lakh soldiers. Nepoleon immediately asked the army chief whether he included him in the list. He told he did. Nepoleon said that the strength was two lakhs if the chief included him as he was worth one-lakh soldiers. What a self-confidence? He was a true leader, is it not?

Courage: All leaders have very strong nerves .They do not hesitate to face big challenges bravely. They will remain determined in their aims and achieve at any cost.They will never give up bowing to the hurdles and challenges.

Once Vivekananda wanted to go to the rock, which is a few meters away from the seashore in Cape comarain (kanya kumari). He used to meditate there often. He asked a boatman to drop him to the rock. When the boatman demanded abnormal rates, he just jumped into the rough sea and swam to reach the rock. The true leaders never bow to injustice.
