comunicate with yourself in past and future?

TELEPATHY, a myth? a science? or simply garbage?
People have wondered for a long time what does that even suppose to mean! and now in the twenty-first century science has being able to answer it. It is the communication between two minds whether or not the people involved are communicating verbally or have any physical contact with each other.
A normal person approximately uses his mind about 5-7 percent. Even geniuses of all (like albert einstaien) neva used it more than 10 percent!!! Just think what if we were able to use even 1/4 of our minds!
scienctists are now beginmnig to understand the complexcity of the human mind and according to one theory telepathy is not just some myth but a communication teqnique of the future.
It is like an out of the body experience that a person can accomplish with his mind and will power. It is even possible to communicate with yourself in the past and the future and scientists are now thinking it as the only technique of time travel as even the law of physics do not go against it!
According to Albert Einstaien if an object can travel faster than the spped of light it can break the time and the space barrier and travel to different dimensions , Parallel universes and even through time and the only thing powerful enough to break dis barrier is our brain!
This thing still remains something in the future even though so many discoveries are made about it but when ever this thing wud become a fact wither it can benefit the human race in unimaginable aspect or devistate us all!
