5-step system to make a niche content blog or website for adsense

My Simple 5-Step System To Using This List(already published in my previous post)
Most, if not all of you, do not need any type of examples of how to use this list to create a
website. But just in case some of you are sitting there wondering what to do with these hungry
little niches, allow me to give you a very quick and simple example of exactly how I am going
to use an idea from the list and how I will research further into the niche to build a site.
Keep in mind that this is what I am comfortable doing when building a site. There are many
ways to skin a cat. My approach is very simple, but it works. However, it is also a lot of hard
work because I believe in article writing for long-term, stable traffic.

1. The first thing that you must do is determine your goal. What is it that you want to do?
Build products? Create a service? Get leads? The answer to that question is easy for me
because I know exactly what I want to accomplish this year and I have determined the steps
to get there. Without going into details lets just say that everything starts with a simple little
content site.

2. Pick 1 niche idea from the “How To” list. This is the easy part, because you have
25,000 phrases below where people (yes real people) have asked you “how to do something”.
So give them what they want!
After browsing the list I quickly chose the phrase “how to cook crab legs”. It only took me
30 seconds to determine that this would be an ideal niche idea to start a content site. I have a
2-step process to determining a niche topic. Here it is:
a) When I see a keyword phrase I immediately ask myself if this is something that I can build
a product around in the future or at least affiliate for someone that has a product based
around this niche. “Crab Legs” is a food and where there is food there are recipes. And where
there are recipes there are people looking for them and are willing to buy them!
b) Now since I will not be creating a product at first and only building a content site, I still want
my site to earn adsense income right from the start. So in order to earn adsense income there
must be advertisers paying for ads based around this keyword. I then quickly typed in the
words “crab legs” (with quotes) in google and looked to the right of the screen. What did I
see? I saw 20 ads that google is charging advertisers every time someone is clicking
on them based around “crab legs”. This is a great start!

3. My third step is to do some more keyword research around the niche. I must take the
crab legs niche and find keywords that I will write articles around for both my site and for
promotion.
***Remember, this is only a quick example of how to get an idea started as a website so I am
not going to go into detail about the best way to choose your article keywords or site
promotion. Let's just say that everyone is different when it comes to determining what stats
they want their keywords to be based from.
After logging into my Wordtracker account and researching more “crab leg” keywords, I found
the 20 keywords that I wanted to use to start my site off. What am I going to do with 20
keywords? It's simple. I am going to write articles around all of them; 5 for my site and 15 for
article promotions.
For the 5 pages of my site I chose more general keywords. And my article promotion
keywords will be “low hanging fruit” (this is just a name for a keyword that may not have many
searches, but is less competitive and easy to rank for in the SE's from an article directory).
My website will have one page each for the following keywords: crab legs recipe, crab legs,
cook crab legs, cooking snow crab legs, and steaming crab legs.
Now here are the 15 keywords that I chose to build articles around for submission and
promotion:
cooking time for crab legs
snow crab legs and cooking
cooking alaskan crab legs
cooking king crab legs
how to steam frozen snow crab legs
cooking crab legs recipe
how to make king crab legs
how to cook king crab legs
best way to cook crab legs
how to cook crab legs
how to grill crab legs
alaskan crab legs
cooking crab legs
cooking frozen king crab legs
boiled crab legs

4. Now it's time to write my content. Now that I have picked a niche idea from my “How To”
list, determined that it was profitable, and did my keyword research, it's time to roll up my
sleeves and get to the dirty work of writing 20 articles so that I can get my site launched and
making money. Personally, I can write all 20 in one day. However I have been writing articles
for some time now and can quickly come up with content to write a keyword into.
The best way to come up with content quickly is to purchase PLR article packages so if I were
having a hard time with crab legs articles then I would search for a package that may cater to
this niche and then rewrite the articles.

5. Now it's time to start making money from the site by submitting articles! Once my 5-
page site is online and my 15 promotion articles are ready I will then submit one article per
day to an article directory like ezinearticles for 15 days straight. After the initial 15-day article
promotion is finished I will create and submit one new article per week to maintain the growth
and traffic of the site.
