WHAT IS FEAR ?
Fear is an unpleasant feeling of apprehension or distress caused by the anticipation of danger.The stimulus could be a knife at your throat,a cockroach,an auditorium full of people waiting to hear from you or even a sudden thud of your door!

COMMON FEARS:
Acrophobia:Fear of heights
Arachnophobia:Fear of spiders
Agrophobia:Fear of spaces
Claustrophobia:Fear of confined spaces
Necrophobia:Fear of death
Thalassophobia:Fear of the sea
Suriphobia:Fear of Mice or rats
Belonephobia:Fear of needles
Athazagoraphobia:Fear of being forgotten

OVERCOMING FEARS:
Find out the origin of fear and face it.

Have faith in yourself.

Overcome feelings of guilt,if any.

Go for counselling.

Meditation also helps.
