Worry management

Managing worry is a very important art of living. Worry can affect your health and your ability to think effectively.
There are four types of worries.
1. Ignorable worries: There are a few worries, which we can simply ignore. If the old people in our family always find fault in our actions and scold us often, we just have to ignore this type of worry. Similarly, a grown up son may have to ignore a dad who is always scolding him.
2) Worries to be solved immediately: If you have a health problem, it has to be attended to at once. Postponing out of fear will result in more complications after.
3)Worries to be postponed; There are certain worries for which the best solution is postponement. You have a son who has all qualifications to get a decent job and he is yet to get one. It is a worry of course but you simply have to postpone such worry, as this temporary problem will be solved automatically after a period. Similarly, you may have an eligible daughter whose marriage is delayed.
4) The worries, which we have to experience: There are some problems, which we have to face, as there is no other go except to face it. You may meet with an accident and have a fracture in your bones which you have to face boldly until you are recovered. An unexpected death of close relative, accidents, natural calamities and any other unexpected losses bring us worries that we have to face bravely to our fullest capacity.
Lastly, I want to tell about the fear of death. When a child is born, only one thing is certain, that it will die one day. When millions and millions of people had died in this wonderful world already, why not we die? Do not worry; you will soon be born again to live in this beautiful world.

Stop! Stop! Stop!
Stop! Stop! Stop worrying!
Dear Vijayanths,
Good article about worries to ignore, solve, postpone and experience.
However, I wish to add something more!
All the worries are having a common root cause-a problem. An undesirable happening that is creating a current problem. This is causing worry.
A very good book titled says, "STOP WORRYING AND START LIVING" which explains to visualize the maximum worst thing that might have happened in that situation.(The maximum is death in any worst case.) Compare it with what had happened now.
Sure, you are comfortable now. Get consoled with the minimum worry now you are experiencing!
That is why I asked my friends to Stop! Try not ignore, solve, postpone, but experience it with least intensity and start living happily!
I have read that book long before
It is one of my favorites. All worries have a cause. They can be either overcome or not.I have covered both in this article.thank you for your comments.

I could make your worries flown away in air.Keep smiling.
if somebody kept us reminding
about the different types of worries we would have been able to enjoy life better for we always make the mistake of giving more importance to worries that are ignorable and postphoned.
good food for thought ........
