New law to prevent Mentally ill people from buying guns

President Bush has signed legislation in a bipartisan agreement that is aimed at preventing the severely mentally ill for buying guns. I don’t agree with President Bush on much but this legislation is wonderful. The bill authorizes up to 1.3 billion dollars for states to improve their ability to track and report individuals who shouldn’t qualify to buy a gun legally because of mental instability.
I just don’t believe mentally ill people should have access to firearms. Personally I feel my life is in greater danger from a mentally disturbed person shooting me while at the shopping center then a terrorist attack.
Finally President Bush you have done something that makes me actually feel safer then I was before you were president.

There is already enough violence in America.
