The Kids With Special Needs...!

The dyslexic and ADHD child,which is development disorders like attention-deficit hyper activity disorder are in fact a complex problem of growing up age.

The dyslexic or ADHD,suffering kids have difficulty in reading,reasoning and recalling the informations.It is believed that at least ten percent of school children have some form of learning and behavioral difficulty.

But as certain disabilities and shortcomings are not visible it remain there for long.It is also difficult for teachers and parents to identify the problem early.8-year old Ishaan-the protagonist character of the movie Tare Zameen per-parents and teachers who wanted to train a horse to win a race in form of rat-race of getting into top of each others.

Ishaan is a sensitive and innocent kid and has a fertile imagination but show little interest in classroom study.He can't concentrate on his reading,writing and learning but like the outside world.He bunks school and walk around the city,out of curiosity and tries to learn world by observing.

When the local teachers of Ishaan gave up his parents have had to dent him to a boarding school.Which later proved even more worst.Here too,he had to face all kinds of ridicule and began to lose-out his confidence and self-esteem in effort to fit in the normal world.

But as the story of TZP suggests,it takes an unconventional art teacher Aamir Khan(The actor and director of this movie.)to bring him out from his confinement and unleash a whole new world of colours,drawings and paintings.

The helplessness and loneliness of Ishaan with special needs has been beautiful y captured and depicted in this movie.The movie tries to tell us that every child has right to education in a mainstream school,irrespective of their special needs.But most of school lack the resources such vital as skilled teachers and infrastructure.Aamir Khan,who played a dedicated teacher's role in this film,finds a way or two to teach that child.

The movie shows that there are really no known and permanent cures for such problem but if these special kids are trained,coached and taught with right methods and strategies they could show remarkable skills and results in later years of their life.
From the list of well known people suffering from learning difficulties but later achieved success in different field -like Albert Einstein,Pablo Picasso,Tom Cruise and many others cases are in this point.
