SMELL NICE: The ambience you create with your arrival is marked by the smell or body odour you emit. Your body smells fragrant and vibrant the moment you start using a deodorant or an anti-perspirant under your armpits. Beware that some people have problems with perfumes and sprays and deos, as it may trigger an attack of asthma or breathing disorder or a hay fever, so don’t spray them around especially in the washrooms or change-room.

SMELL CLEAN: When ever you walk into a room filled to the capacity and the windows closed! Phew!! You may sweat it out due to heat or humidity. This is because of the sweat glands pouring out sweat which may smell! So be careful and use something which keeps you fresh throughout the day like all day soap or deo.

CLOTHES PROJECT YOU VIVIDLY: The way you attire yourself is of prime importance as you will often be noticed for the dresses you wear and will be focused for them and may also be a topic of discussion for the day. So stained, dirty and grubby clothes need to be checked. If living in a family of smokers it matters a lot as the smoke emitted by the smokers clings on to your clothes and makes them smelly.

SHOES SHOWCASE YOUR PERSONALITY: As the saying goes ‘if you want to gauze a person, look at his shoes and they tell all.’ Therefore spend sometime for the care of your footwear as these are the place where the largest collection of sweat glands lives – your feet. Sweat from the glands of feet enters your shoes and then bacteria arrive which love the moist leather or fabric so much that they tell all that you come round and party! Better keep them dried in sun. keep shoes clear of dust and dirt and brushed and polished or washed. They will certainly look better, last longer and be less likely to smell.
