Foreget Super star, Shah Rukh Khan doesn't even look like a star. He is very ordinary looing fellow who doesn't even know acting. Even small time actors have better personality than this over-rated actor.
I am surprised on those people who says he is a super star or call him king Khan. He is just plain lucky that he is successful. He is successful because he was lucky and he got good breaks. Then he is clever and knows how to market brand Shahrukh. He spends half his money in buying media people and publicity.
And Indian media never tells the truth about movies. Media is totaly blind regarding the real talent of the actors of Bollywood personalities. Greed of money also blinds media.
Om Shanti Om is big bore but it did big business because Farah Khan and Shahrukh Khan invested 20 crores in publicity. Media fat with their money published and showed everything in favour of Om Shanti Om.
Due to big publicity everybody wanted to see this movie. Now just after seven weeks this movies is out of market. People felt bore and even hated the role of Shahrukh Khan in this film.

i totally agree with you...everytime i see a promo or awards or whatever on tv it just makes me wonder what was it about the movie that it has been hyped so much. had it not been for srk or the publicity, i don't think anyone would have remembered that a movie called OSO came and went...publicize but please see if whatever you are trying to sell is wortth even half the penny you are charging!

unfortunately, I do agree to some extent with your comments on Om shanti om. personaly I did not find it upto the mark compared with its self- publicity. yes, nothing extra in the acting or story line either.
but when it was released it was counted superior to Sawariyya. thats becasue of the Indian Mindset. Rather Aja Nachle has a meaning and the acting is good.
