Reckless Driving Thrills but.......... Kills

Driving is pleasure, but careless and reckless driving on road, may put the lives of innocent passer byes at risk. Every year thousands of precious lives are lost in rash driving by youngsters on roads. ‘Speed thrills but all the same it kills, but who cares? Today roads are flooded with new vehicles hitting every now and then, thereby adding to the chaos. These lanes are fast becoming a theatre of maddening public behavior with the young blood treading their mean machines at full throttle. The reckless and intolerant behavior makes driving on road difficult and very often putting the lives of pedestrians and cycle users at threat. A large number of accidents occur every day due to the negligence of drivers. It is just jungle raj on the roads and the bigger the vehicle the greater the threat. If the drivers of bigger vehicles are considerate and sober and think that other road users have equal right to use the road then these follies may be avoided. Authorities should act tough to control reckless driving. Widening of roads also helps a lot. The drivers should be taught to value human life and made to respect the rules of the road.
