NASA has discovered a potentially habitable planet like our own. The planet has been named Gliese581. It’s one of three planets in it’s solar system and it’s close enough to it’s sun that liquid water is possible.
Gliese581 orbits around a red dwarf star.
NASA exobiology’s say that were there is liquid water life is possible. Gliese581 is one of the more promising planets found so far for the possibility of life. Gliese581 is located about 20.5 light years away in the constellation Libra.
I find the Universe fascinating and the search for extraterrestrial life interests me. Personally I don’t know if there is life in outer space. My guess is there is life in space but until it’s found no one will know.
