No need to worry if your children do not score more than 70%

It is true that the present world is full of tight competitions everywhere. The education is of course a no exception to it. In India, it is very common that parents do force their children to study well and get very high marks.

The present trend is to get high marks in high school, get admission in a reputed engineering college, be selected in the campus interview, and join in a MNC like Infosys as a software engineer.

Therefore, the kids have to lead a stressful life right from their kindergarten. Parents are very much worried if their children do not score more than 90% in the academic results. The fact is they really need not worry too much about marks.

However the parents should see that the children have good IQ and EQ(Emotional quotient).EQ is nothing but having self awareness, self control, knowledge/wisdom and the ability to influence others(communication skills).

Please help your children in developing their Eq .Do not worry too much about their marks.

Do you know one surprising FACT? In almost all the fields, all top people are not top marks scorers. The most successful career men/women are those who got just 60 to 70%marks in their studies. All who scored more than 90% are having a mediocre career only.

So please focus your attention on the IQ and EQ of your loving children and not much on their marks.
