PROBLEM OF SECURITY IN OLD AGE

Our life is a kind of perinnial cycle in which we have childhood ,youth, old age and death. In all these periods two stages are very percarious. During the childhood the body needs dependence almost care, security and health care. Similarly the old age requires all these normalities of life.
In primitive period we had joint family. All used to live story eat and enjoy together. With the advancement of time and influence of western , culture the spare of joint families is breaking day by day. Every one wants to lead a life of freedom and lonliness. One is ready to care for this parentaged fore father who have brod them their blood. The modern youth fails to recognise his responsibility towards the parent.Ultimately they remain a neglected and dejected lot.They live a lone and lead an insecure life in the old age healths starts deterrating.He needs and care look aftet.When they are sick they are fill alot of difficulty.We often hear that domestic servants do heinous activities.What a shame on all of us.
In this respect if we follow western culture, there are separate old people homes. They live there comfortably with all the amenties of life. An old man is an asset to the family. Let us recognise his worth and provide him all possible security. We can provide them homes but they need strict care and watch.
