It is a great way to change your attitude to the outside world, your interaction with the people you meet. It keeps you from stress and constantly changes your mood. So put on a smile, even if you don’t like it and pretty soon you’ll smile for real and people like it.
Touch is a phenomenon of interacting with each other and gives a sense of bonding with others and family members. It perhaps strengthens our relationships and increases your self esteem and self worth. So keep in touch with the people you love and like.
Just Relax. Relaxation is the opposite of stress. Stay relaxed to keep yourself from ageing soon. It brings in a healing function. So practice daily to relax in this frenzied world of materialism. In fact by relaxing you can keep stress and strain at bay and replenish yourself with energy and calm and solace.
Exercise and Play a lot as playing and remaining active are a great way to keep your body and mind fit n fine. Routine exercises maintain your flexibility, agility, endurance and strength. They fill you with new spirit, vigor and vitality. Your mind remains fresh and can anticipate others action well in advance.
Eat Lots of Chocolates. Eating dark chocolates may lower your blood pressure and cholesterol while giving you the essential energy boost.

Realistic and good to follow. But I think too many chocolates may be bad in some ways - digestion, teeth, insulin production etc. So only moderate consumption is beneficial. What do you think?

i think that chocolates are always
eaten for not only their great taste but also benificial values. may be some of teh people haveing diabetes should avoid!
