The Navi mumbai Metro and the 22 kilo meters long Trans Harbour link are some other future prospects , For which the work has already started.

Moreover to add a feather in the cap , a 250 acres big Central Park is going to open in Kharghar in another one or two years , Which is being developed on the lines of Hyde park London.
