What do you want, happiness or pleasure?
A mother prepares a sweet and gives it to her child to eat. The child gets pleasure and the mother gets happiness. The father gets a new dress to his child for Deepavali. The child gets pleasure when wearing it and the dad is happy while seeing the child wearing it.
When we share our food with others and eat together, it is the real happiness, is it not? Happiness is a complete form of joy or pleasure.
When we help others, we get immense happiness. Remember that in sex we get maximum happiness because we try to give more to the partner.
Breast-feeding probably is the biggest happiness in the world which only women are blessed with. The mother feeds milk to her child and what happiness could equal it?
Great people knew this fact and therefore they enjoyed life in full by helping others. Mother Teresa derived happiness through out her life in helping others.
It is not possible for us to become a Teresa that easily. So let us start to act from our home first and slowly extend it to relatives, friends and so on. We will start enjoying the complete happiness soon. Let us spread this happiness to all and make our society free of sorrows and worries. I want happiness, how about you?
