Childcare

The first ray of life indicates towards the sharp materialistic life. A child is trained and sometimes tried to mold completely just to have adjustment with the worldly people. His training starts from home. With the passage of time this responsibility is shared with the teachers. Both parents and teachers try to tie a knot of their experiences around him. All the efforts are done to determine his success but all the efforts go in vain when the child has to see the face of defeat at any corner of his life. Now the question crops up in our mind who is responsible. Every one will be surprised to know that parents and teachers who cared about the child, who did not want to see him defeated, who tried their best are responsible.

Responsibility of his failure is on their shoulders because they could not guide him wisely and mold him in the right direction. They were not able to provide him the right atmosphere for his total development which is based on the development of inner and outer personality. They did not allow him to experience the life or see the world with his own eyes. Knowingly or unknowingly they strangled his hidden qualities, talent which could make him invincible.

Child’s success depends on his psychological structure and psychological build up which can be in his favor if he is given an opportunity for personality development. Generally personality is known by the physique of a person but in fact the definition of personality does not stop here. Inner personality of a person adds the real meaning to personality.

Success can not be got only on the behalf of the outer personality. Developed, strong, impressive, attractive inner personality is essential for success. A flower can bloom, spread its sweet fragrance and attract us only if its roots are in the earth and it is getting the right atmosphere of development. A healthy, fragrant, blooming flower is used for worship or other auspicious occasions. Similarly a fully developed person is preferred everywhere and deserves success.
