The unpredictable Rahu's sub period

The rahu's sub period in any planet's period stays unpredictable to a large extent. Rahu is well known for tensions, recklessness, frustration, fear etc. But the most familiar one is the simple line given in the Bhrigusutra. Rahu may force the native to fall from the vehicle or from heights.
Recently I observed three such incidents. One of my students met an accident while driving the motorcycle and he was slightly injured. We have discussed such a possibility before the incident. One of my colleagues' sons met one accident while driving the bike and lost his life. One of my friend's daughters also met same accident and was slightly injured.

One more general phenomenon is also there with the rahu. Maximum marriages took place in the sub period of Rahu only. Though we feel that the nature is unpredictable, our observations stand very near to the facts which confirm the described nature of the Rahu in the texts. The accidents described above have no interference of others. Means, all of them met with accidents themselves and none was the reason there. Neither they were hit anyone nor any passer's by caused the accident. boggling?
