welcome sorrow with a smile
Life is always full of uncertainty.We are happy when we get fame, wealth and health.When we are totally short of money or if we get health problems or if we experience insults and defames, we stumble and get struck with painful sorrows.
We must learn to enjoy a peak and manage a valley. How long a peak will last? Let us fully enjoy it until it lasts. When a valley comes, learn to manage it if not enjoy that too. Believe this valley is not going to last too long. Try your best to make it shorter within your capacities.
What is wrong with the valley? It is a rest, rather a relaxation. If peak is an excitement nobody can continuously exist in it, is it not? Similarly, valleys also will not last long. May be for some people the peaks are longer and for the others the valleys are.
Let us learn to enjoy the peaks with happiness and manage the valleys with courage. So welcome the sorrow with a smile. We need that too to keep our life interesting.

What happened to the love peaks Vij?
Looks like you have achieved your target at the top or gone over that peak, that you are now writing about health wealth and fame. Quite right, you need health, wealth and fame to maintain the peak you reached. Good luck to you in quest for excellance! Remember if you ever get into the dumps don't let it bog you down, chin up and bright face, let your exuberance radiate around.
