Consideration For Others -Learn from Plants
This is a short stoy but it has so much to offer.
In the African grasslands ,grew a little plant with four leaves.The leaves were happy together.They shared their food and water.They talked and laughed and even played hide and seek when there was a breeze.
One day the biggest leaf was in a bad mood ."I won't share the water with you,"he said.He blocked off the water coming from roots to other laeves.The other leaves were thirsty and sad.The next day,he said,"I won't share the food with you anymore".He blocked off the food supply as well.The other leaves were hungry and thirsty now.
They began to dry up and then one day they all died.The big leaf was happy thinking he could now have all yhe food and water to himself.But he began to dry up too and finally died because by being selfish he had cut off his supply of food and water as well.He was well as long as the other leaves were alive and well.
We cannot be happy by our selves.To be happy we need families and friends ariound us.We depend on each other and need to live together to know what real happiness is.

The bitter truth
Selfishness is the order of the day. People are too busy in thinking about their present but they hardly imagine how their future would be without the co-operation of the people around them. We live in the society and as the members of it it is our duty to look after the elders, youngers and the week.

Without cooperation and caring this earth can't survive long and happily.
