None of the local anesthesia is contra-indicated, however, I prefer Articaine, or prilocaine. You should be careful with xrays, and I orefer using just apex meters, however, a proper radiation protective wear can be used to take few as possible xrays with the beam directed away from abdomen.

Intraosseus systems come with a bone drill and a passage blok. You infiltrate teh mucosa, then drill thru it till u reach cancellous bone, leave the blok or pathway for the insertion needle to go thru it and give the anesthesia in the bone.
