Office politics is one and something that we cannot escape hearing and joining in to gossip when we are working in an office. It is one of the most power tool use to climb the corporate ladder in today business world How we handle office politics is something that we have to learn just in case that we are the unlucky ones that are the ones that happen to chance upon one. If given a choice, no nobody would like to hear of it but that’s definitely impossible because there are bound to have some black sheep of the company that are out to spoil rapport among the colleagues themselves and use them to climb the corporate ladder to rise up to a higher position. It could also mean losing their “rice bowls” for some colleagues and rising to higher position for others.
