WHY ARE EKTA-KAPOOR-SERIALS SO POPULAR?

The morning newspaper no more stands for an element adding taste to the morning cup of tea. Everyday I open it,either a crying face or a body lying in a stream of blood, at least a mob unrest where someone is being lathi-charged brutally by some MAHISHASURA in a police-uniform will show up. Fed up by this ,I stopped reading newspaper for a few days and tried to concentrate on TV. I surfed through the channels and found the repetition of the news flashed in the newspaper. Horrified, as I was about to switch it off, I happened to find the famous STARPLUS. At first I was just watching it casually, but after a few minutes I found myself totally absorbed in the episode..............Without knowing the A-B-C-D of the story (which is showed only for half an hour on four days a week), I found that it was not at all difficult for me to catch up with the story. Truely speaking, I didn't care for the story much, since I was busy appreciating the big bunglow, the gorgeous drawing-room, the costumes and jewelleries of the characters featured in it. I must also admit that it was full of good sermons, advices, priceless Indian values etc. etc.

Finally Icame to the conclusion that serials of EKTA KAPOOR are really,really worth-watching for the following reasons:

1.People eager to build a bunglow, get plenty of ideas regarding the construction of a jealousy-provoking palace of their choice!

2.Interior-decoration-ideas can't be found in plenty anywhere else!

3.Mothers-in-law eager to teach their Bahu-s a lesson, won't get any better idea to do so and vise-versa!

4.Fashionable ladies can easily become the Beauty-queen of their localities by following the elegant way of dressing up,wearing matching jewelleries, putting make-up etc. depicted here!

5.Wicked people can get a plenty of plans regarding organised theft,robbery and cold-blooded murder.

6.Old couples will be thrilled to watch various pujas performed ocassinally.

7.Last but not the least, it introduces innumerable Indian values as well as countless Shagun-s and Apshagun-s.

Believe me or not I've become an admirer of Ekta kapoor and watch it almost regularly.

Whatever you may think, I'm thankful to her ,because for that half an hour,I'm lost in another world...........far,far away from this harsh reality of today!
