Jack Daniel's Whisky cannot be sold in 3 litter bottles in the United States

Everyone has heard of Jack Daniel’s Whisky. Jack Daniel’s is a icon in American history. However many people don’t know that 3 litter size bottles of Jack Daniel’s whiskey cannot be sold in the United States. A fact that was brought to the attention of the owner of a liquor store in Nashville Tennessee after Authorities raided his store.

Personally I think it’s a dumb law. If alcohol is going to be legal then it’s my opinion that people should be allowed to purchase it in any size containers. But then again the law is the law and must be followed. It just seems like we have more pressing issues in the United States then too worry about the size of Whiskey bottles.
