Woman entrepreneurs join together to form “self help groups” to establish professional groups to participate in production of salable commodities, extending commercial service to the society.

Though women have great role in house keeping, children s care and educating etc., they prefer to work in their own enterprises to make a substantial earning too. This has also become an essential function they wish to play in the present trend in social changes.
