Employment Opportunities in India 4

Compared to the position that existed a few decades ago, employment opportunities have grown, thanks to the selfless service of some agencies. But with an ever growing population threatening existence, these opportunities are not enough. the number of jobs available is limited and cannot satisfy the demands of large population.
In addition to the lack of opportunities, there are other factors that shut out the chances of getting jobs. In many of the offices and companies and industrial houses, favoritism and nepotism hold away and many deserving candidates are denied jobs. Even in the Employment Exchanges, such a favoritism and even corruption are found rampant. The defect with the educated youth is that they prefer always white collar jobs. If these are removed, them more opportunities could be found. Employment opportunities today are not enough. That is one of the reasons for many of our educated young men and women, brilliant in their fields of study leaving the country to seek employment elsewhere. This brain-drain must be avoided by providing more opportunities for employment.
